I know what you are talking about. Sometimes we just become so habituated to being constantly in fight or flight mode that we become stressed or anxious when we no longer have to respond to enormous amounts of stress. Some of us are just adrenline junkies who need to have certain amounts of "stress" in their lives to motivate them and keep them going. When the level of stress goes down, it can be a bit unnerving, I think anyway. I guess the trick is to learn to appreciate a bit of down time, and to use it wisely to be good to yourself (as usual, I am probably not making any sense LOL, but I can relate to what you are talking about).
