Yea, every once in a while he'd do something reasonable and shock me.
For a while he was in a 'compromise' state of mind. I'd come up with something, he'd come up with something and we'd meet in the middle. I learned to ask for something more than I wanted, kind of like the utilities do when they want a rate hike. For skirts he'd want them down to my knees and I'd want them half way up my thigh. I'd go into the room with the skirt all the way up just barely covering my cheeks and get what I wanted in the first place.
