Well... A friendly one, I hope you get what I mean.
The first time I got thrush I was 14 and terrified - I had no idea what it was. I put off going to the Dr for so long I could hardly walk. I am not kidding. And it took a long time (well, about a week) to clear up because it was so bad and I couldn't resist scratching because it was so damned itchy. But yours doesn't sound very pleasant either. Please go to the Dr. Please.
