Hope you don't mind me butting in, thatdude. Several years ago, I smoked mj for the first time in almost twenty years and because I did too much, I was up an entire night frightened out of my wits because of the near-hallucinations I was having, the racing thoughts, the lack of control. Since then I've been extremely sensitive to anxiety, and have to be very careful about my thoughts. So when I smoke now, believe it or not in order to feel good, I have to be careful about the circumstance. If I'm worried or anxious or tense before I smoke, I have to be careful, very careful, to have exactly two puffs .. and I feel confident and bright. More than that and my anxiety is exacerbated.
MJ is a powerful, fast-acting drug that needs to be taken only in moderation. My experience has been that any effect experienced by the brain even one time, makes you more vulnerable to that effect forever. So yes, you have to be very careful, not only with drugs, but also with your thinking ...
