if you are a pharmacy tech you are protected legally from a workplace that causes mental anguish due to a disability. should you decide to divulge your mental health issues, it is your employers responsibility to provide you a workplace free of derroguatory remarks that could be contrued as harrassment in a court of law.

i also believe they are required to work around the hours you are capable of working and that replacing you permanently could also bring them a lawsuit. BP may be an issue some employers take in to consideration before hiring someone. Once you are already an employee the employer has a lot less latitude in how they deal with you and your issues as 'disabled' has many threads to it if you ended up going that route.
