Thanks GG I was beginning to feel ignored in here the thread has been up for days ...I will look into that book ya know, I use to have a lot of anxiety attacks and could self talk myself to normal but after so long I forget all my stuff and I was sooo good. I can even go into like hypochrondriac thinking if I do not watch it.
My anxiety is down a lot but still I am stressed ..I have gone out a lot as not to isolate worse thing I can do at these times. My T did say its my SAD a while back but hubby REALLY got blasted. I am not normally crabby in fact in town I am like Andy in the old Andy of Mayberry shows ...I live in a small town. My husband is really not helping things with these comments and all but....grrrr ..I do have the Anxiety and Phobia workbook BUT not this one so thanks I will be in a BIG TOWN tomorrow I will go to Barnes and Nobel and check it out :)
