We are all under the illusion that life is a zero-sum-game. If all you can see, is what you want to see, zero-sum works...... until it doesn't!
Yep! There's stuff goin' on out there that we can't even guess at. So, not everything that happens to us is right-here, right-now, and thus can't add up to, "for every winner, there's gotta be a loser!" This is do to the warpage of time, whether we are aware of it or not.
Message: It don't do no good to win at all cost, because we're ignoring the losses! Fear of losing is a wasted emotion; planning to win is a much better use of our time! And, compulsive gambling is always a bad idea.......!
