For the Depressed

Hello All,
I have a question for those who suffer depression. Sometimes I can feel in my head where the depression is, I am not sure if I am making any sense. Its like when I am feeling depressed I can feel it in the top part of my left frontal lobe... its almost like an irritated feeling...can anyone relate or know what this is??? I really hope I am not alone!!!
