Need help...workin' the night shift..pretty please

Well..I shouldn't complain..I get paid to *sleep*..(I work sleep shift sometimes in a group home) but my problem is I can't! I am seeing my doctor tommorow about help for sleep, but what other things...whatever they may be...help you? Ya, I know there is the alternative stuff...but what about meditation..does anyone here know a good form to use for sleep? Should I call Dr. Phil??..lol..
