Re: CBT for Anxiety?

I had pretty severe anxiety (was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and depression) when I started therapy over a year ago. CBT has really worked well for me, although my T is pretty eclectic in his approach. I would describe him as a mix of CBT and psychodynamic. I'm pretty sure just straight CBT would not have worked for me.

But therapy has worked wonders for me. Of course I have a genuis therapist so that helps! I strongly encourage you to explore therapy for your anxiety.
