Okay here are my 3 words "Neutrogena tanning foam"
Fake tanner is somewhat like a chainsaw, a useful tool but dangerous in the wrong hands (like mine)
I thought it was the beauty equivilent of spilling orange juice on the kitchen floor. However if I can use Neutrogena anyone can.
As for the hair color, it sounds like the bleach didn't lift enough color out, you probably needed to leave it in longer, but as it's too late for that, try some Aveda Curessence deep conditioner, it's amazing for coarse "processed" hair.
