I'm still in hell.
Today after I did my aerobic exercise, I jumped into my steam capsule.....
then I took a shower...
by that time I was beat red in the face and felt limp.
I then meditated....
and ooooh la la....
I'm so high I'm so high....
hot, wet and happy.
