I am sure you are totally clear about what makes you feel sick and what works. Hypoglycemia is wicked, I don't have it but I know people who do. I remember a trick with that problem....a protein with fruit? does that make sense. For instance, an apple slice with cheese. The fruit get's you up and the protein carries you through. I am not sure if that works but I remember....cottage cheese with a plum?I can give up sugar (although everyday I want some when I'm at work).
It seems it's really the energy I crave so I sip Earl Gray Tea with cream all day (it's not really much tea (only 2 cups) but I need it to give up coffee). That seems to fill my need.I take blue green algea to help me with energy as well. I also use green tea in the am.
Tea has a ton of antioxidents.Okay I am rambling. Sorry I lost my focus.
Sounds like you've got a plan for your weight management. I think WW is a good group. I have never joined but heard really good things from my sister. I love chatting about weight loss. So let's keep it up.
