Hi Susan J,
Sekou here, had a similar situation. In one particular situation (just having a simple breakfast with the "x"), I found myself in the bathroom crying after he tells me about the marathon he and his wife ran together. I was happy for him, but just simply miserable that it couldn't be me. I found myself very confused by my "x's" affection. I was still very attached emotionally.I suggest you don't "hook-up". And if you must, leave the sex out. Invite him out, but take a girlfriend or two along for a "social" time. You'll just get hurt. And believe me, he'll probably leave you with the emotional mess.
Good luck:)
> Very ex ex-boyfriend e-mails, says he's coming to town and wants to *hook up.* As in sex, there was no question. Same breath tells me his wife is pregnant. Hooking up was never a possibility, it just saddened me to see what cruddy taste in men I had (hopefully do not *still* have)
