It would be pretty fun to do a case study on this guy...
The entire time I was reading this, I kept getting these flashbacks of the time I had to study Hitler. Seems like he is really obsessed with creating, the perfect specimen. I'd definitely agree with your OCPD dx, but I'd also point out that he seems to be really eccentric. I also wouldn't be surprised if he has some sexual hangups...
