> Why do spiders' legs twitch like that when you kill them anyway?
I do not know! But I find that they are good fakers too. Like, when you step on them, they curl into a ball and fake like they are dead. Then when you go to pick them up with a VERY thick (several sheets) of papertowels, THEY TRY TO RUN! Scares me everytime. But, I have grown wise to their antics. I make sure that thing is smashed before I go near it. And I look for any of it's friends that might be with him.
And my boyfriend seems to think it is funny to hold one in my face before he takes it outside.
Yes, my dad does that and thinks it's just hilarious.
> Another thing that frightens me is the drive thru car wash. I just figured that one out a month ago. I almost jumped out of the car. I almost had a panic attack.
That scared me the first time I went through one, but I can't say it bothers me now.
Yet another serious phobia of mine is heights. I can't even begin to explain it. I used to live in an apartment that had a balcony. I'm telling you, I barely EVER went out there, and I was only on the second story... :(> Why would your aunt keep them in the house? Does she not realize they could jump into bed with her??? Is she OK, all there, ect? Ick, I couldn't go to her house. No way!
No, I'm not sure everything is okay with her. I told my pdoc about her and he thought that she should see a doctor about it. Yes, she knows they could jump into bed with her, but it doesn't bother her. One time she said she woke up with one on her head. OH MY! I think I would have cried and been hysterical for days if that had happened to me. I can't even watch spiders on tv or look at them in books or magazines. Maybe I really should take up my pdoc on his offer to "cure" me of this.
