Hi Lyssa - I'm glad to hear you're okay! I figured you were pretty far away from it. I'm sorry to hear you are so tired all the time still. That just makes everything else harder. I thought the Wellbutrin would've helped. I guess you've been checked out physically to be sure it isn't your thyroid or low iron, etc? I don't have a lot of experience with other meds, but from the posts here it seems like there could be some other "cocktails" to try that may get through your fatigue. Are you eating okay?

Christmas should be fun. It's Christmas Eve and I'm at work, although not working obviously! We close at 2pm. My daughter is with my grandma today since day care is closed, and she'll spend the night with my Aunt & Uncle. They don't have kids and my parents don't live here, so they've taken on my daughter as their grandchild! It's very, very wonderful! They've never woke up with "Santa" on Christmas morning so, before Elizabeth stops believing (she's 7 1/2 and wavering this year!), I wanted to let them have that fun!

We'll pick up my step-kids & Elizabeth in the morning and have Christmas at our house, the relatives will come over for dinner. I couldn't have done guests and dinner without the Lex :-). I just sort of floated through the last couple of Christmases.

I love the name Rosalie, it is so sweet! I can just picture her, does she have curly hair? Here in St. Louis, there are lots of Jewish people and Catholic people, therefore we have lots of mixed-religion families. I celebrated Hanukah and went to many Seders and Bat Mitvahs with friends over the years!

I hope Geri does okay, too. I wish we knew more about her situation. I have so many questions for her, like where is her Mom in all this and does she have other siblings besides her twin (that was a surprise to hear!). I'm off work til January 5th, so won't be on-line very regularly, but will try to do so a few times. I know this is terrible, but my husband is not supportive of the general concept of mental illness. He feels you just pull yourself up by your bootstraps and move on. He's been very depressed this year but says, "Once this changes and that improves, I'll get better." So, getting on-line just starts a discussion I'm tired of having with him! He's a good man, but I guess he's old-fashioned or something. Odd that I would marry someone like that since I am so into psychology and "new age" type stuff. We just got married last year.

Well, I've rambled on quite a bit. I really hope that you find some peace and joy this week - and medication that perks you up :-). My best thoughts will be with on January 5th, if I don't hear from you before then. You deserve the best, don't give up!!!!

~ Lynne
