Yo Ace what's shakin'?
Thanks for the howdy over on meds. I still haven't gotten my questions quite straight that I want to ask on that board so that's why I thought to come on over here. I just don't got enough med stuff in me to remain on the med board and a redirect would do me in! Hah.
I slept the entire dang day away today. It was grey and wet and rainy so I didn't miss much. I guess I needed it. I'm bummed sometimes though and tend to not allow myself the room to heal and rest up when truly needed. Make sense?
I've been wondering how long I will have to wait to see if I feel any effect from the mood stabilizer just added to my cocktail two weeks ago. I'm so tired of running through the meds but it has been a while since I've made any major changes so I am willing to play lab rat for a bit more.
I'm wishing I didn't have to wait six days for my next acupuncture appt. since it's been three weeks from the last one due to holiday and a retreat I attended the previous wknd. Acupuncture is one of the few things that almost always brings me relief from my meds and from the mind. If only I could afford it twice weekly or 3x/wk. Ah in a perfect world.
I'm ramblin' and not saying too much. I'll sign off before I just blather aimlessly...or is it too late for that already?
