I hope everyone in so.cal is ok

I stayed up all night watching several fires within a mile of our home and ready to grab the kids and animals (what to do with my horse?) at the first sign of the blazes moving closer. This morning the sky is totally grey and the air is choking. My heart goes out to the people who have lost their homes (and some their lives). just wanted to check if everyone else in my vicinity is ok?
