hi Dinah!
> So what do I sound like? >
{jim's disclaimer(s):
i do not begin to have the skill to put into words how these 'voices' "sound" to me ... ... i guess i'd need a command of the linguists' lexicon ... well, i guess we'd all need it, if i was to be understood ...
... then there's the fact that _i_ don't hear voices all the time ... but i will develop a voice the more i read someone ... most of the time ... and for some, i hear no voice, regardless ...
... which are my disclaimer's disclaimers, for this::
... i answer this specific request of Dinah's because i feel close to her, but without being able to necessarily answer any other specific request(s) ...
... (oh, and i can "hear" 'my' "own" 'voice'. too.) ... ... (end o' disclaimers ... maybe!!! ...))dinah i hear you very clearly
... (heh, i guess i mean that in more ways than one ?) ... ... besides your voice being just appealing to the point of alluring ... it has a presence ... it wasn't built up as i read you, like most of the others ... your voice was completely distinct the first time i read you and has not 'developed' in the way i usually experience ... ... ( i have been thinking about this some ) ... your voice has had its own character from the beginning, and that would be what i find most striking about your voice ...... that and how much you sound like a very young lauren bacall ... only sultry ...
>
> I don't really "hear" posts that way. But I rarely do with books either. >i get a lot of "audio" with my reading ... ... heck, i get constant "audio" all the time, it just focuses the "audio" when i have print to tell it what to "say" ....
... i AM going to be Really interested in anyone reciprocating with this description ... i thought everyone would have been like this ... (?)... i get voices from newspaper articles and textbooks and scriptures ...
... does this imply i'm orally fixated ?hopin' to "hear" ya soon,
~ jim
