Are you taking medication? The reason I ask is, like I explained to Crazychick over on PB (Calm down sweetie it's not that bad), recovery starts showing up in little bits and pieces like that...
it's bizarre. Instead of what you would expect -
to feel better every day - it's not a smooth progression at all. But you start noticing more & more of these episodes that indicate your recovery is in process. Feels good don't it?
On the other hand, if you're NOT taking medication, then I haven't got a clue! Maybe you're getting better on your own? Either way it's good news.
