Hi Tabby,
I hate when that happens. It always puts you in a weird place because you don't want to say no, but then it's so disappointing. I had a friend do that the other day--she asked me if I wanted to get together and before I knew it she said "and my friend might be coming along too, is that ok?" I guess we should be able to say no, but I didn't. In fact I made some excuse and bailed completely because of it.It changes the whole dynamic to get together with a friend and her boyfriend. Not fair, especially since you specifically asked if it would be the 2 of you . Maybe it's one of those deals where she's insecure not having him with her all the time (not that it makes it any better). Sorry Tab. We're waiting on the island for you, looking for tony who's playing hide and go seek.
