I think that patients probably have a right to such info. If in doubt, ask to speak with the person at the hospital who is in charge of patient human rights. In fact, I think the patient human rights laws have to be posted where patients can read them and I would think (I don't know but think it logical) that this info would include who to contact if you think your rights have been violated or to learn more about your rights.
