I do it! My son is 27, and I think he still really likes getting one. What's actually in the basket has changed over the years- because he's in grad school, and extremely busy, I include things like stamps, rubber bands, catnip for his girlfriend's cat, etc., but the basic important ingredient is still chocolate. Having done it this long, I think I'll just keep right on!
