You certainly didn't look overweight in the photo you posted a while back. I like Sienna's advice: find an activity you ENJOY doing, and you will be much more likely to stick with it. Do you like to dance? How about taking a class in ballet, modern dance, jazz or ballroom dancing? All of those forms of dance involve LOTS of exercise, but they don't feel like the drudgery of running on a treadmill. Moving to music is a wonderful way to exercise, and if you take ballroom dancing, you might meet someone you like!! Even if you've never taken dance before (or if you haven't taken it since you were a child), there are many organizations that offer beginning dance classes for adults. Also, keep in mind that exercise (whether swimming or dance or whatever you like) isn't just for weight loss. For me, exercise is a better antidepressant than any of the medications I've tried over the years.
