Hi Krissy.
That happened to me once, I didn't get angry though, I was devastated. I thought it must be a mistake, because I didn't have any warning either.
The conversations were very friendly and not one sided right up until it happened.
thinking it was a mistake, I sent a letter from another e-mail, and then they freaked and thought
I was harassing them.I think sometimes what it is, is that if we've been open about our depression, or whatever our
"diagnosis" is, people put more pressure on themselves, than we do on them. What I mean is,
they think
"Oh I better get back to her right away or she's going to get all upset"
And before you know it, you're innocent friendly
"hello's" are interpreted as nagging obligations, even though the content of the e-mails is no needier than anyone elses. I think some people's self
made guilt, can suddenly make them angry and leave your head spinning thinking "What on earth did I do?"Thats my spin anyway.
I hope it helps.
