Oh my!! You've been incredibly productive! You are my inspiration.
Good for you about repairing your credit! YOu probably already know this, but beware people who claim to be credit repairers. Apparently these are scam artists who claim they can "reverse" bad credit info on the credit report, which cannot be done (unless the info is inacurate, of course).
I worked with consumer credit counseling services, which is a long-established non-profit funded by the credit industry. They worked out lower interest with some of my creditors (some would not negotiate at all), and gave me a payment schedule. I arranged for my payment to them (they then payed the bills) electronically, so the forgetfullness factor didn't undermine it. The only problem was that their payments were sometimes late, so when I got the statements, it would indicate a late fine. But the late fines were always subsequently reversed. I payed off all my debts this way. It is good to be free of them.
Good luck.
