Hi Liming--
Welcome to Psychobabble! I suspect that you meant to post your message as a new thread on the main (medication-related) board; you might get more replies there.
What you described as "blackouts" sound like seizures to me. The changing hormone levels which teens experience can act as a trigger (they did in my son). I urge you to check this out with your doctor ASAP. Your post was very clear; taking a copy of it for your doc might be helpful. If s/he agrees, you could ask for a referral to a neurologist who specializes in seizure disorders.
Please don't delay getting medical advice for this, and please don't drive until then! Many of the meds which control seizures also treat bipolar symptoms, but it's important to select the right amount of the right med which works best for you. There are many available, so expert advice is critical.
Good luck--and keep us posted on your progress!---medlib
