Old School;
I, also was in the place that you are now. I remembeed a Psalm and from there I began a journey that gave me the power to overcome all my fears. The Psalm is as follows:

I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears.
The angel of the Lord encamps all around those that fear Him,
And delivers them.
Depart from evil and do good;
Seek peace and pursue it.
The eyes of the Lord are on the rightious,
And His ears are open to their cry.
The rightious cry out and the Lord hears,
And delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those that have a broken heart.
Many are the afflictions of the rightious,
But the Lord delivers them out of them all.
