I don't know where you live but there is bound to be an AA group in your community. They are EVERYWHERE. Look in the phone book under "Alcoholics Annonymous". Or do a search on the internet.
There is also a support group for young people in your position. It is called Alateen. This group will help you deal with the issues you have with your brother.
At 14 years old, you should not have these kinds of stresses in your life. Please, please find a group. They can really help you.
