I suppose those Jerry Springer shows could be said to be "reality" {:P} but if you ever want to get a show about a REALLY disfunctional family, check out Titus. Talk about a "survivor"! He is/was a stand-up comedian but decided to base his TV show on his life's experiences. He's a young guy with an ex-alcoholic father, a mother that was in the hospital for many years for mental illness, something like 4 step-mothers, & a step-brother who lived with them whose real mother & father weren't even around.
It could be very black but he decided to survive it all by laughing at it. I don't get to watch regularly, but when I catch it, it's always good.
I prefer to find my own happiness on TV by watching the sweet (but not saccharine) animal documentaries. I hate the ones that think it's necessary to show every last detail as the animal kills or rips apart its victim.
I'm an animal freak so these sorts of shows wouldn't appeal to everyone. But a good informational documentary, well down with beautiful cinematics, let's me "travel" & see things I know I'll never be able to aford to do otherwise.

Maybe an electric drill to the head will make me feel...but that is too messy. If I start drinking, I will just feel worse. People on t.v. make me ill...they all smile, and I think that is gross. Why don't they show reality..people living on skid row, heroin addicts, poverty, yack yack. Xmas is for shopping now, and the shopping god is everything. Meet me down at the 7-11 for corn dogs and acid. Santa is evil. Some coke to up me...some benzos to down me. On off get on get off. The world is owned by sick fat old men who are pigs. Money green for more more more more more more more. Puke.
