Unfortunately, I recently started working for a VERY small non-profit agency, which doesn't offer felxible-spending or even have a human-resource department - in fact, they won't even start paying my insurance premiums until I have worked there for 6 months (January). If september is any indication, I won't have any trouble with the "floor" - I spent 60% of my income on medical expenses!!!

Thanks for all the info - I'll read #502 and post if I have any more questions.
