Thanks, AKC. I don't have time to read the whole thing right now, but will do so later. Big issue.
My state has parity but the insurance companies don't advertise it. A friend just told me that she got the law from the state and wrote to her insurance co. and now they cover at the same rate as medical. Wierd how the law is on the books but the ins. commissioner doesn't seem to be doing a whole lot to enforce--that the consumer has to go out of his or her way to get the parity.
