I kept making stupid mistakes in registering, and ended up having my email showing in my id, which I didn't want, and when I went to change it, I discovered it isn't so easy and because Yahoo is so much bigger than egroups, my name was already taken and I had to come up with a new one, then I accidentally kept deleting myself out of my groups.

I prefer to be anonymous, which I think is my right, so why does Yahoo make it so hard to register what the subscriber wants? It's like I need to take a frickin' course just to learn how to use the damned thing.
Sorry- needed to vent. Perhaps someone who took the course (smile) can tell us in detail what to do on Yahoo e-groups to protect anonymity (sp?). Any takers? Thanks in advance...
