>Hi Judy, I am 'out here' every once in a while.
You are always sweet and caring during your depression. It's easy (or at least I think it is) to see you mood changes - and there is a very definate 'core you' under all the fluctuation. I have also noticed that your cognitive skills improve quite dramatically with your mood until you become manic. And then you become very, very funny. (Have you ever seen 'Absolutely Fabulous'? Anyway your humour reminds me a bit of this sitcom.)
Right now you sound perfect to me. How's that for unsolicited advice.
I'm having a good first week of my New Year Judy so far. I never listened to my family either ( other than one brother). I think it's because family member have other motives for you to be better other than simply for your well-being.
The very, very best of New Years to you too. Feel free to ask for my gauge of your moods anytime.
Janice
