Triggers are unforeseen in so many cases that it can be wearing to be on my guard at all times. Once I know of obvious triggers, I can either deal with them - because they aren't the threat they once were; or I can walk away (avoidance). Which is not a weakness, but a strength.

Being able to deal with them is a strength, too. How do you make them not the threat they once were?
