When the fixation is another person, it can get tricky BUT so long as it's not harmful or hurtful to either party, I don't believe it to be THAT big a thing. From what you've stated you keep boundaries and are realistic about expectations. It doesn't appear to interfere with your functioning. I do get the impression you would like more interaction(s) but I think you are aware of the limits and are respectful of those limits.
A question I have - of which you aren't oblidged to answer btw - is What is your preception of how Dr. Bob feels about your interest? I know he can only speak for himself, but what do you think?
