Crushed, I been where you are.
Its agonizing.
I finally decided to have my dog put down at the wee hours of the a.m. I called vet, she came.
My dog had wandered in to my room yet again, panting, obviously in pain. We'd been to vet, accupunture, x-rays...nothing helped.
It was the hardest thing.
But in the end, I was with him, and it was peaceful his going. He was no longer in pain.
I will never know what was wrong with him, and I will never know if I made the right descision.
It was a descion made with love. Thats all I can know.
This is the only thing that makes water come to my eyes, and even drip out.
So in the end, it was like HE let me know it was time for him to go.
The grief was terrible.
But he is at peace.
Sorry your in this position crushed.
Your cat is lucky to have an owner who loves him so.
