El, I'm so sorry your having such an ongoing hard time at the moment.
Could you phone the dentist back again?
Could the crisis lady help you connect to mebbe a pastoral counsellor (they often have a sliding scale-and wouldn't know your T). Or look in the phone book. Or phone a church.
You have many things to work out.
It sure would be helpful to have a irl T to help you map out a plan of what to do bout things.
Maybe in the meantime you could try to make a list of things that are trouble, and priortize what needs to be done first. Then have sub lists, and work on them.
Little little things, pick away at untangling the tangled web of El's life.
You really need a T of some sort to help you on this journey.
I think at this point the T doesn't necc. need to be highly trained, just clever, tough, and persevering.
As far as not feeling stuff, your not cold, you've just shut down cuz this T relationship you have is overwhelming you.
