I agree Serena,
I don't even remember how I stumbled onto babble, but it's been such a help and comfort. W/O babble I never would have known it really is okay to say things I was really thinking to my T. I would have kept them all inside, I'm sure. Also, I would never have been as honest with my pdoc about how I feel and what I need.
