Ace, there are literally thousands of studies looking at CBT with all kinds of populations. They compare it to no treatment, different kinds of treatment, and to meds. They use a variety of statistical methods, and they have been conducted by researchers across the world.

Some studies are, of course, better than others. That's why we need to be critical readers of research. Please don't overgeneralize.
