I know the answer to mine. When he calls from home he's outside. :)
He complains that his cell phone reception inside is no good, and he always uses his cell phone.
I had a neighbor a few years back who used to spend hours outside his back door talking on his cell phone. I'm trying to remember if he was a therapist. I know both of my back fence neighbors right now are therapists.
