I seriously doubt this is OCD if this is the only thing she obsesses about. OCD is characterized by repetitous thoughts that can be very disturbing and/or by compulsions, acting out behaviors over and over. the fact that she has a reason to be upset, even if it is overblown, is not the same as being upset over thoughts that seem to come from nowhere. there is a certain circuit in the brain that is overactive in those with OCD, which is outside of consciousness. it seems to cause thoughts that enter consciousness that have little or no basis for anxiety in actuality. you need to see a marriage therapist. her "problem" involves you both, and it is not soley hers to work through. good luck.
