Does anyone know how to contact Brainbeard?

Posted by delna on November 5, 2009, at 4:12:10

HI,

I know it is wildly inappropriate to try to contact a member of PB (especially one that you do not know) but I really, really need to get Brainbeard's inputs on my planned drug cocktail.
Actually, I am a bit desperate.

Brainbeard seems to speak a lot about 5ht2c antagonism shown by Prozac versus Geodon in his posts (from what I gather). And this is exactly what I am grappling with at the moment. He also seems to know the drawbacks of this antagonism by Prozac and perhaps he may know a way to augment to get around the problems. Or maybe to avoid Prozac altogether. I don't know.

I have tried following his threads but I get completely lost because they are rather complicated.

His babblemail is off which I assume means either he simply didn't think to turn it on or that he doesn't want to be contacted/disturbed. If it is the former and anyone knows him personally (email)could you please request him to look at my thread.

My thread is here: http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/neuro/20090701/msgs/923807.html

I'm about to start my new cocktail (all totally invented by me, with my limited knowledge) and I really want to be somewhat on the right track (as I cannot bear yet another complete failure, like Parnate was)

I would REALLY value his expert input.
I would be eternally grateful for any help on this matter- seriously.

So if its not too much to ask, and you do know how to reach him, I would really appreciate it if you could kindly pass my request on to him.

Thanks so much
Take care
D
