We're not doctors, and we don't have knowledge of your medical history, the specific risks of this particular surgery, etc. In fact, if you were a nurse, you probably should know more about the answer to this than most of the rest of us do.
If you're this worried, maybe it's worth stopping the Deplin until after the surgery? That *should* remove this particular worry entirely.
