So, apparently, there was this guy at the NAMI National Conference that said that exercising vigorously for 3 hours per day would cure/treat all forms of depression (bipolar, atyplical, melancholic, etc.). First off, if you have the motivation to exercise 3 hours per day, you're not depressed enough to be a true test subject. Has anyone heard this before? Exercise used to make me feel better before and no longer does. My friend says that that's because I'm not doing it for 3 hours. I think my friend can kiss my.. if he thinks I'm going to do anything for 3 hours at this point other than sleep. Anyway, has anyone tried this? I know exercise makes alot of people feel better, but has anyone who doesn't normally respond to exercise tried 3 hours of it?
