It talked about when the illuminati infiltrated and how corupt it became then. The Masons were not able to hold onto their pure truth because of the secrecy even among themselves. They did not know who was for and who was against within, but I think they started out with a good idea, being not a denomination, but having the good, and the freedom of man at their center.
Because it wasn't a religion, you could belong to a religion AND be a Mason, but then you would be more of a Mason than your religion, because of the power within. My Grandfather was a Mason, and he would never have anything to do with religion, yet he was a good man. He was honest and upright, and valued the family name. He fought for the rights of minorities in education, etc.
Someone asked either here or on some other forum if God has a denomination. Well, isn't that a silly question? God is truth and love. All truth on the earth and in heaven is part of God's denomination. But just because we know a truth does not mean we will subscribe to it, if we prefer another. That's what freedom and choice is all about. Probably there is a part of heaven where the "streets have no name", as you have described here. Heaven is a big place. "In my house are many mansions"
