thank you for that. i just got off the phone with my mother. i stared out the window for what seemed to be forever. i thought i wasn't talking to her anymore? i went so far as to ask her if she's mad at me. i'd have cried, but i drink too much coffee and have no hydration in my system (hardey har har... one must have a sense of humor about these things, no?
