I was quite insufferable yesterday, gliding about the house singing "I feel pretty" well into the night.
I did always know that I placed too much importance on that aspect of myself, but still the rejuvenating effects of feeling that way were astonishing to me.
Perhaps the energy and time I would expend in finding regular ways to exercise my brain would be more than repaid.
