eating low calorie-density food? maybe make sure snacks are mostly fruit, (no sugar) iced tea, etc. making sure meals aren't wolfed down, and have lots of veg.
loves to eat from boredom, or hunger?
not totally sure what the appropriate way is for that age to understand food, relationship to food, etc. maybe understanding how she uses food to self-soothe?
